Nicki Minaj has never been one to hold back and this Halloween was no exception.
The Only rapper took to Instagram to call attention to this disturbing costume, which depicts an inflatable Cosby doll fondling a woman's chest and precariously dangling a prescription bottle over her martini glass.
Minaj reposted the photo after Desert Storm Records co-founder DJ Clue jokingly shared the same image with the caption, "This gotta stop 😂😂😂😂😂#PillCosby 💊💉."
For her part, Minaj didn't even waste characters explaining why the costume was insensitive – let's be honest, it should be pretty obvious at this point – and instead kept it frank.
"Our generation is so desensitized," she wrote.
