5 actors who could play an adult Harry Potter in 'Cursed Child'

It's official Harry Potter fans: The new play about your favorite boy wizard is actually going to be a play about your favorite adult wizard.
J.K. Rowling announced Friday that Harry Potter and Cursed Child will take place 19 years after Deathly Hallows (so at the same time as that epilogue), featuring a grown-up Harry and his youngest son, Albus.
While this may have very, very interesting implications for the story (Will Ron and Hermione be involved? What about Harry's other kids? Do we have to call him Albus Severus?) it also raises a hugely important question for the world: Who is going to play the thirty-something Harry?
We know Daniel Radcliffe isn't interested in reprising that role anytime soon, plus he's actually too young to do it. But, don't worry, there are plenty of talented, charming and handsome British actors in their thirties (and early forties) that could knock the part out of the water. Here are our picks.
We mean, he kind of LOOKS like Daniel Radcliffe in this photo. (Photo: Brooke Palmer, NBC)
The Hannibal actor has the right look, he has the right charm and he knows how to navigate the waters of intense fandoms. Our other four choices might be a little bit wishful thinking, but we absolutely know Dancy would be a great fit for the role. Someone get him some glasses, ASAP.

His hair is as wild as Harry's, that's for sure. (Photo: Alan Markfield, 20th Century Fox)
After playing Professor Xavier in X-Men: First Class and X-Men: Days of Future Past, McAvoy knows about the pains of being a tortured chosen one with a lot of power. Also, wild hair.
